Description
Yapstone, through our brand RentPayment, is the largest electronic payments processor in the multifamily industry, serving thousands of property management companies representing over 3 million apartment units. Yapstone enables properties to easily accept credit/debit cards and electronic checks, as well as convert paper checks to electronic payments.
Founded in 1999, we have established ourselves in the industry, and are now looking to grow and improve. We are seeking a Marketing Intern to work between 10-20 hours per week.
Qualifications
• Excellent writing skills
• Outgoing friendly personality, with a go-getter attitude
• Experience in journalism, reporting or communications desired
• Deadline-oriented work ethic
• Strong organization skills
• Deep understanding of social media
Job Duties
• Work with Marketing team to support all administrative activity
• Write and distribute articles for local newsletters, industry publications and blogs
• Assist with the logistics of marketing promotions (i.e., redemption of prizes, customer interviews, surveys and testimonials)
• Assist Marketing Associates with social media outreach by contributing updates, posts, promotional videos and new ideas
• Various data entry projects and list management assistance
• Marketing analytics of customer base and marketing programs
Position Specifics
• This position is part-time and will not exceed 20 hours per week
• Located in our San Francisco office; no remote work available
